Calwater 2.2, [updated as Calwater 2.2.1, May 2004]? as well as previous versions, has Metadata that describes the digital dataset.

Paul Veisze of [California]? Dept of Fish and Game (DFG) has been working to bring the Calwater 2.2 metadata up to FGDC standards. He recently sent it out for review by members of the Calwater committee.
