Here is the June 2004 version of the Napa and the Blue Ridge- Berryessa Natural Area vegetation map using the Manual of California Vegetation Classification System. Also here is a copy of a forthcoming article to be published in Madroño. The article and supporting appendices contain the methods used to create the map.
